Shipping and Returns Policy

Shipping and Delivery Time

At MiniMotoToys, we understand that getting your items quickly is important to you. That's why we make every effort to process your order swiftly. Our standard shipping time varies from 1 to 2 business days for order preparation. We meticulously inspect the goods and prepare the necessary documents before shipment to ensure the highest quality. Once dispatched, your order should arrive within 3 to 8 days, depending on your location within the States. We partner with leading shipping companies, FedEx and UPS, to ensure your goods are delivered promptly and securely.

Product Returns

We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the invoice date. However, to facilitate a smooth return process, please note the following:
  • All returns must be authorized by MiniMotoToys. To initiate a return, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns will not be accepted without an RMA number.
  • Items must be returned in new, unused condition, and include their original packaging.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, damaged during shipping, or shipped in error by MiniMotoToys.com.
  • Any damage must be reported to MiniMotoToys within seven days of receipt. Please provide photos of the damaged or incorrect products and damaged packaging. If damage is reported after seven days, the return shipping will be at the buyer's expense.
  • Original shipping costs may be waived if you are exchanging for another item.
  • All returns will be inspected before a refund is issued.
  • All products must be returned within 30 days from the invoice date, 100% complete, in resalable condition, and must include original packing material, manuals, and other accessories provided by the manufacturer.
To obtain an RMA number, please email the following information to info@MiniMotoToys.com:
  • Customer name
  • Invoice number
  • Nature of the problem
Once you have received your RMA number, you may return your item using UPS, FedEx, or any other ground parcel carrier of your choice. We will issue a refund once the returned item is received in our warehouse and inspected.At MiniMotoToys, we value your business and strive to make your shopping experience with us a pleasant one.
