Shipping and Delivery time
The time we need to prepare an order for shipping varies from 1 to 3 business days. We will carefully check the goods and prepare the corresponding documents before the shipment!
Shipping time will take from 5 to 9 days, depending on the States.
To ensure that the goods are delivered in the best possible way and without delays, we use the best shipping companies - FedEx or UPS!
Returns must be authorized by MiniMotoToys and must be completed within 30 days of the order invoice date. Before returning the product, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- NO returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA number.
- Items must be returned in new, unused condition and along with their original packaging.
- Return shipping costs will be at the customer's expense unless you return a defective item, damaged by a shipping carrier, or shipped in error by MiniMotoToys.com.
- Damage must be reported to MiniMotoToys within seven days after receiving the goods. Photos of damaged or wrong products and damaged packaging must be provided.
- If the client reported damage after seven days, then the return is made only at the buyer's expense.
All of our products are offered with free shipping, so please note if you return a product that is not defective or damaged and has free shipping, our actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your return refund.
Original shipping costs may be waived if exchanging for another item. All returns will be inspected before issuing a refund.
All products must be returned within 30 days from the invoice date, 100% complete, in resalable condition, and must include original packing material, manuals, and other accessories provided by the manufacturer.

- Invoice number
- Nature of the problem
Once an RMA number is obtained, you may use UPS, FedEx, or any other ground parcel carrier of your choice. We will issue a refund once the returned item is received in our warehouse and inspected.
